03. Protecting Your Property

Custom computer builds and repair services are handled with the utmost care. Ez IT Solutions is not liable for loss of data, downtime, or third-party issues that are outside our control. Clients are encouraged to back up all data prior to service.

04. Limitations of Liability

While Ez IT Solutions strives to deliver secure, efficient, and effective solutions, technology inherently carries risks. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted services or absolute freedom from vulnerabilities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ez IT Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

• Issues arising from third-party providers, platforms, or integrations.

• Damages resulting from improper client use of delivered solutions or failure to follow recommended practices.

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the services rendered under the applicable agreement.

05. Pricing and Payment Policy

All pricing will be agreed upon in advance of project commencement or service delivery. Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 30 days. Payments are due according to the terms outlined in the client agreement or invoice.

• Deposits may be required prior to beginning a project.

• Final Payment is due upon delivery of the completed project, unless otherwise arranged.

• Ongoing Services (such as hosting, support, or maintenance) will be billed on a recurring schedule as defined in the service agreement.

• Late Payments may result in suspension of services until accounts are brought current.
